Tips to Help You Sleep for Your Health and Beauty






Getting a good nights sleep is a real challenge for many of us including me.  I even had an in home study to see if I suffered from Sleep Apnea.  I was quite sure I didn't but the doctor wanted to test me to make sure.


Through the years of striving to sleep well, I learned some tips that I would like to share with you along with a few products that help me to sleep.

I share some of My Favorite Products and Tips that help me, like my Favorite Sleep Herb that doesn't leave me groggy and my Sleep Sound Machine that is a must have where ever I go to sleep.  I even take it to Hotels because it is small and has a Volume control.  They all don't have this.

I also talk a little about Memory Foam Mattresses or Toppers.  I like 3 inch topper compared to 2 inch Toppers.  I also like a little Denser Topper even though you may think you will like the really soft toppers, it may hurt your back more than a bit firmer.
