Getting a good nights sleep is a real challenge for many of us including me. I even had an in home study to see if I suffered from Sleep Apnea. I was quite sure I didn't but the doctor wanted to test me to make sure.

Smoother Eye Lids helps Eye Liner to Glide on Eye Lids.
You know how are eyes get a crepe like texture as we age.
I like to use an eye pencil, Rimmel Eye Liner but with the crepe texture, I noticed that it was more and more difficult to apply the liner with a smooth Line. It would kind of skip and look rough.
I keep thinking that the tube is almost empty and yet I keep getting more and more eye cream out of this tiny tube. WOW! I wish I would have timed how long this eye cream is lasting me. A very small amount goes A VERY LONG WAY.

I lost 20 pounds while helping myself stop constipation to heal a deep fissure. I wrote a ton about what I did to heal my fissure but meanwhile loosing the pounds, slowly and in a healthy manner.
This is a really Flexible Daily Menu Plan that you can customize accordingly. This plan is Simple and Easy to follow. I was EXTREMELY busy and could not take the time to follow a complicated plan. I did go Gluten Free but made that simple too. I was working on getting my house finished, get it listed (I am a Realtor), sold it and moved. All without my husband as he moved ahead of me out of state to start his new job. Weew! So if I could do it with all that, so can you!!
Breakfast
1 ounce of raw nuts and 1 ounce of cranberries for breakfast along with Tea or a Hot Chocolate Mocatonix Energy Drink I created.
Snack
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese or Fruit (unlimit)
Crispy Steamed or Boiled Baby Carrots (unlimited)
or
Rarely, Gluten Free Crackers or Snack
Dinner
Big Dinner Plate full of Green Leafy Vegetables or Spinach, Lots of Fresh Vegetables of your Choice, 4 ounces of Lean Meat, Low Calorie Dressing (or my Flax Seed Dressing).
or
4 Ounces of Lean Protein
2 Steamed Vegetables
Very Small Potato with Fat Free Sour Cream
Try changing your mindset and think of fruit as your dessert. Eat slowly and get enough healthy fats in your diet.

It seems that so many companies target Teen Acne and Blemishes so it is refreshing to have one of my favorite skin care companies give us products to help Adult Acne and Adult Blemishes.
I am a big fan of Masks, especially when your complexion is oily with larger pores. I will never forget my first at home Mask. It was wonderful.

at this time in my life. Acne is not an issue for me now. As you can read in other reviews about the OLAY Microdermabrasion System, people rave about that product, as do I. But when you complexion is oily and you are dealing with Adult Acne, this is the time you will really appreciate the Olay Professional Pro-x Clear Intensive Refining Sulfur Mask.
In Little Linda Pinda's opinion, if you have Adult Acne, Blemishes, Large Pores or bumpy skin due to Oil build up, I would give this Olay products a try. Please give me your feedback and reviews so I can share this with our readers.

If used just as directed this product works fantastic. At first it caused a major breakout and then once it got everything underneath the surface my skin started really looking great. As long as I continue to use it twice a week my skin looks and feels great. Well worth the price.

This does the job but there are cheaper products out there that work as well, maybe better. Drys out the skin as well.

For years now I LOVE and apply Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation and today want to share with you my review on this particular product. I have Light to Medium Skin tone (medium comes from the sun damage so please wear sun screen. I wish I was better about wearing sunscreen).
I buy the Color #19 Dusk and Have used this particular color #04 Pebble Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Makeup SPF 10 04 Pebble
but it was a little too dark for me but looked wonderful anyways. It is a bit more expensive but everytime I try something less expensive I feel like it is a waist of money and I make myself use, especially when I am not going out. Sounds terrible, but I then save the Estee Lauder Double Wear for more important occasions. I can't wait until I use up the crummier foundation.
This is the first time that I am using the Estee Lauder Foundation on a daily basis. Prior to this, to be frugal, I would buy various brands at the drug store and could never find one I really like that gave me great coverage without looking heavy and chalky. Why are Kids picky eaters. Is it Psychological or Physical. In my humble opinion, I think it is both. I give some tips to help get your kids eating healthier. This is so important. Kids are drawn into eating so many Unhealthy foods, even at school. At home is our chance to change their path to Health.
Some of the tips are psychological.
For instance, let them see you "Spoiling" yourself by drinking a Healthy Smoothie in front of them and Have them beg you for it. Make a smoothie as desirable as an ice cream cone. It is too me and I was an ice cream fanantic.
Hide the really healthy ingredients or even omit them at first. Slowly add them in. After they taste the smoothie and LOVE it, have them Proudly add the healthy ingredients.
